Two vegan NSVs and one SV

First the non-scale victories(NSVs)
1. I finally got my protein goal today ... Actually I went over by 2 points. This was done without any protein shakes or powders. Tofu, garden veggie burgers, and smart bacon ... Yes it helps that I have a high fat percentage for my current body composition.
2. I did not abandon my water-drinking goal for coffee even though I can now successfully digest coffee again, I made sure to get just a little extra water in today.
