Hi! I’ve been on Zepbound for three weeks now. Just took my 4th shot to start week 4. I’m down 9 pounds and I have noticed my food cravings are gone! I actually have to force myself to eat. Spices taste stronger and some foods no longer taste the same to me. Tomatoes for instance taste off, very acidic or something. Constipation is problem but I’m putting Benefiber Probiotic in my morning smoothie and add a scoop of Miralax once week. So far so good!

I just started my first shot of Semaglutide last Sunday and am new to MFP. I hope to lose 40 lbs. I am 45 years old. I am ready for this journey and to get back to feeling good about myself. I am a mom of 2 boys in college. My husband and I became empty nesters last fall.

My best tip is to take digestive enzymes with every meal. It doesn’t matter the brand—I’ve bought expensive, health food store kind and Walmart (in the Pepto Bismal aisle) and they work equally well. They will help with digestive problems. I suffered bad heartburn and indigestion when I started. Now I stop eating 6 hours before bedtime and take the digestive enzymes.

Hi y’all- yes, I am Southern. Just started Zepbound with my first 2.5mg injection last night. I’ve lost weight in the past using WW, exercising and dieting but as the Menopause Monster reared its ugly head, nothing seems to work. Hoping to lose 60lbs using Zepbound. I’m doing this not just for me but to be there for my daughters as I am the last parent left. After having a heart attack 5 years ago, my health is a priority. I would love to hear any inspirational stories!
