Rest day is tomorrow folks, lets get busy!
I'm really feeling it in my arms since I started using a resistance band. No idea what the poundage is I'm resisting but my biceps ache a lot afterwards.

Ha! I didn't realise that the two resistance bands I have (1 blue, 1 red) are of different resistance. The red one is the easier of the two. I picked up the blue to do the bicep curls. No wonder my biceps ache. I think I'll use the red tomorrow.0

My arm workout will be this afternoon since I have some other stuff to do this morning. I already did the pushups and will finish the rest after lunch. Those dips are going to burn!0

Phew! I almost forgot to finish my arms today! I remembered a few minutes ago so I finished it all up fully clothed in my "going out to dinner" clothes. My ride should be here soon so I need to get rid of the evidence! :bigsmile:0

Done! Can't wait for rest day, I did some extra yesterday and I am SORE! It's definitely getting challenging. Love it!0

Day 7 is done. I started doing my punches on a twist board so I can still work my abs. I think it makes it easier because it doesn't feel like exercise.0
