Rules to Stay Active
1. Post your points to the weekly Healthy Habits Challenges. Please post daily if you can.
2. Post your exercise minutes at least weekly. Please post daily if you can.
3. Post Weekly Weigh-Ins (you may post any day but no later than Saturday at 11:59 p.m.).
4. All numbers must be posted no later than Saturday at 11:59 PM in your local time to be counted.
5. If you will be away for any reason, please inform your team leaders so your absence can be excused. It is helpful if you also post your absence on your weigh-in template.
If you miss weigh-ins or fail to post 2 weeks consecutively, you become inactive by default and give up your choice of your team in future challenges.
NOTE: Do the best that you can. We are inclusive of all but do realize that not everyone can participate fully in everything because of health/dietary restrictions and/or physical restrictions. If there is a special circumstance, reach out to the OAL team and perhaps together we can come up with **suggestions** for an alternative.
