Hi, I’m new here. I’m a long time Weight Watcher’s lifetime member and just the past 1 1/2 years I’ve had a harder time losing when I gain a couple of pounds. I’m 62, 5’1” and 139. I really should be around 4 lbs less. Started this last week to see if it works better for me. I definitely feel like I’m eating less. I also do Orange Theory Fitness and have for 6 years. I once weighed 220 so I’ve definitely made the permanent lifestyle change and I’ve outlived my mother, who passed away at 61. I do have some heart issues and 3 years ago got a pacemaker and feel good.

Congrats on the weight loss. that's awesome. I'm 5'1" as well. yeah - those last few keeping them off and not regaining them in a few days is SOOO HARD. OMG. I've been on this hamster wheel as well.

Thanks so much for your reply! It’s great to know I’m not alone. I don’t feel much support at WW anymore since a lot of the members there just never quite reach their ideal weight.
I will check out that other group, thanks! Wendy0 -
