Jan 22 - Tagigo - DAY 34
I have been on semi glutide since Dec 11. So that is 6 weeks. In 6 weeks I have lost 10 pounds. I was hoping for 2 pounds a week so I would be happier if I had managed to lose 12 pounds but I am still happy with a 10 pound loss.
I still have 3 more weeks before I see the Dr again so I am hoping to lose at least 5 more pounds and get down to 239 by Feb 11.
I am hoping to get a prescription for Feb 11 to May 8 (so basically 3 months). During that 3 months my goal will be to lose another 30 pounds and get down to 209 before I fly to America.
Then if I can lose another 10 pounds between May 9 and June 6 that means I will be in Onederland by the time I attend Adrien's graduation. That is my main goal --- ONEderland !0 -
Jan 26 - Tagigo - DAY 38
Got on the scales this morning and weighed in at 247 again ---urgh. what happened??? There was one day when I weighed in at a blessed 241 !!! I want that number back!0 -
Jan 31 - Tagigo - DAY 43
Today I weighed in at 242 which was exactly what I was hoping for ! Now I need to keep on working hard. The semi glutide helps a lot. It is no lie that it helps to cut down on the urge to eat. And I am so lucky that I do not have any bad side effects. It has clearly brought my glucose down, helped to bring my blood pressure down and I am losing weight steadily but not too quickly. I have one more dose (on Feb 4) left and then I will see the Dr on Feb 11 for a new injection pen. My goal is to weigh in on Feb 7 at 240, get a new pen on Feb 11 and weigh in on Feb 14 at 238. I know it is possible to lose 2 pounds a week (at least)!0 -
Feb 4 - Tagigo Day 47
Today I weighed in at 245. Urg --- so annoying. My goal is to get to 240 by Friday but that will be a miracle. Tomorrow I will take my last dose with the current pen. And next week I will fly to SA. I wish I was caught up with my work. I would feel much better if I was caught up on work before I left. Then I could genuinely have a relaxing time while I am there.0 -
Feb 5 - Tagigo Day 48
My year of all things wonderful is falling apart.
I weighed in at 246 this morning.
I skipped the gym again yesterday.
My clients are being sent back to America because of Musk and Trump
I need to re-group, re-vise, re-plan and re-commit. This is my year of joy, contentment, success and good luck.

Feb 7 - Tagigo Day 50
I weighed in at 247 this morning. I have been over eating. I need to focus on that. On Tuesday next week I will see the Dr again and get a new script. I need to utilize what I am paying for and make it work for me. Time to lose A LOT of weight NOW.
Feb 7 - catch up on work, play pickleball
Feb 8 - pickleball, gym, swim, clear my inbox, draft invoices
Feb 9 - travel
Feb 10 - rest, walk, shop
Feb 11 - walk and shop, microneedling and GLP Dr
Feb 12 - work work work - new business meeting
Feb 13 - work work work - pickleball

March 3 - Tagigo Day 74
I weighed in at 237 this morning. I have now lost 22 pounds and it feels great. But no one has noticed. I have not had even one person comment that I have lost weight. I guess that the difference between 259 and 237 is not that much. I am still morbidly obese.
In mid February I got a new script from the doctor and things are going well. I increased the dosage and still don't have any negative side effects. I have a lot going on now and need to get ready for my trip back home.
Mar 3 - 31 - I plan to lose 10 pounds. I want to weigh in at 227 on March 31
Mar 3 - 31 - Stretch and meditate daily without fail
Mar 3 -31 - play Pickleball at least 5-8 hours per week
Mar 3 -31 - strength training at least 4 days a week
Apr 1 - 10 - get J ready for his trip back home
Apr 11 - May 7 - Lose 10 more pounds - get to 217 by May 7
May 8 - See Dr and get new script
May 10 - get home and keep losing weight (!)
July 20 - Weigh in at 199 - Leave Home
July 22 - See Dr and get new script
My overall goal is to weigh in 180 at by Dec 20, 2025. That will be a 79 pound weight loss overall and I will feel that I have reached my goal. 180 is what I weighed when I was 35 years old. By the time I was 36 years old I weighed 220 and after that it was just upwards until I surpassed 260.0 -
March 13 - Tagigo Day 84
In my last entry (March 3) I weighed in at 237. And today —- 10 days later —- I weighed in at 237. Depressing. I am trying SO hard but I know in my heart that I am not trying hard enough! I can try harder. I can eat better, do more strength training, get better sleep. Last week I had some cocktails. I felt terrible. I thought that after 3 months of no alcohol it might feel great to have a cocktail (or two - or three - or four). I will never do that again. Time to buckle down and lose some more weight.

March 31 - Tagigo Day 102
I am now 102 days in to my Year of change. I have lost 23 pounds which has not been noticed by anyone! I can feel it though. I feel lighter and I am disappointed that I have not lost more. I am disappointed that, despite my promise to go off of alcohol I have had at least 4 times that I have had cocktails (and NEVER felt good about it!)
I know that during this journeys there are ups and downs - there are times when we need to re-set and that is what April 1st (tomorrow) will be about for me. I am going to focus on making the life I want.

I have the same goals for ALL of April !!!
(1) get to 235 by weigh in day on April 4th
(2) get to 233 by weigh in day on April 11th
(3) get to 231 by weigh in day on April 18th
(4) get to 229 by weigh in day on April 25th
(5) do my strength training at the Gym 4 days on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Sat
(6) play Pickleball every day except Friday
(7) stretch every morning
(8) meditate every morning
(9) Finish my new book —- "SAPIENS"

By the time I get to the end of April, I hope to be 227 and getting ready for my 7 day countdown towards leaving for my long holiday. There is a lot to do and I really want to be FULLY prepared when I leave.

April 10 - Tagigo Day 113
(1) I did not get down to 234 by April 4th as planned - in fact I am at 240!
(2) get to 238 by weigh in day on April 11th
(3) get to 236 by weigh in day on April 18th
(4) get to 234 by weigh in day on April 25th
(5) I need to re-ignite the last month of my gym membership and do my strength training at the Gym 4 days on Mon, Tues, Thurs and Sat
(6) playing Pickleball is not a problem —- I play pretty much everyday but need to ensure I take one day off and mix it up with swimming and strength training
(7) I have NOT been stretching every morning but need to do it!
(8) I have NOT been meditating every morning but need to do it!
(9) I am really into my new book but it is slow reading —- I need to read more at night when I am in bed.

May 3 - Tagigo Day 137
My Tagigo year is flying by and I have not done the things I planned to do. I have lost some weight (but not enough). I have changed some bad habits (but not all and not enough). I just a little over 200 days left so I have time and I can do it if I FOCUS.
