    I'm so happy with this loss. I've been working hard, with both food and exercise and love seeing it show up on the scale. I feel like I'm reaching the point where the healthy habits are becoming more routine and easier to stick to without so much thought.

    12/6: 14,190

    30 min walk with the boys and 45 min walk/jog on treadmill.

    I'm cautiously trying out jogging again, seeing if my hip can handle it after 2 months of not being able to run. Hip feels pretty good this morning, after a slow mile jog, so I have a little hope that it's ready to ease into it again.

    @cre804 I think it was @frankwbrown who suggested having protein shakes on hand when I had dental surgery and I am glad I had them available.

    Good idea! I do have the Fairlife Protein Shakes on hand so I will be sure to use them!
