I'm on maintenance, so I did measurements only for the sake of the team points. No changes, which is what I expected.

GONE 3.25"s!! Now I did not lose any weight, but I did do a core exercise I had in the past. It was great going on vacation this past week in my smaller jeans!! AND they were a little lose!! It didn't take much time (sort of a sit up, but it was not, it is only leaning backwards, can be on a chair or floor, or the bed. Lean back keeping your core muscles tight as you lean back STOP when you start to feel a little bit of strain. Sit back up, do it again. These are to be done slowly and STOP before it starts to hurt. At first only do once or 2 times a day. Each day build up how many you do SLOWLY!!! NOT QUICK it's not to "get it done" but to build up the muscles.

For the past two challenges before this one I had PT and the therapist recommended to stop going to the gym for awhile.

Although I didn’t lose any weight in this challenge, I did lose 4 inches. I can attribute it to going back to the gym during the Fall challenge. I am pleasantly surprised.
