Hi all! I’m looking for some friends to help me on this journey. I am on my 6th week using oral semaglutide through Henry Meds. So far, no side effects and 11.6 pounds down. I do get some food noise but I’m pushing through it. I would love to lose without some hunger but I’m not wanting side effects so I think I will stay on the road I’m on. Hope everyone is doing well on this journey.

    I started October 23. I haven’t weighed myself since December 9 because I am traveling. The day I left I was down 19.4 pounds. I amon Zepbound. I have no side effects. I l experience no food noise and have to remind myself to eat and to eat healthy. I too get my medication online and I worry about my future needs because I don’t really see this being financially feasible for the long haul.

    I took my first shot 3/2/2025 of Semaglutide 0.25. Nervous and excited for this journey. No side effects yet. Sometimes I get headaches. I can’t really tell if it is doing anything or not yet. I am staying in the 1,400 calorie range per day. How did everyone feel on their first week? I am a little tired.

    Hi! I am currently doing oral sema and had no side effects. I’m switching over to Trizepatide and hoping for better results with hunger. Fingers crossed!
