You'll always feel better after a walk, a workout, or a glass of water.

Rarely do you feel better after a cookie, a huge dinner or extra food that you weren't hungry for.

Each meal is independent from the others. If I have a lot at a single meal, I shouldn't throw the whole day (or week, or month) away. Instead, I start fresh at every meal.

I don’t really have a specific reminder, other than to keep following the process as best I can in any given situation.
