This is delicious ! Recommend :). Hubby and I made it last night. Yum πŸ˜‹ We literally had all the ingredients in our fridge and freezer and pantry (used canned diced tomatoes instead of sun-roasted tomatoes - cook 'em long enough, they taste the same ;-) ). I'm not sure why exactly I had Feta in the fridge, or Spinach in the freezer, but I did, so yay.

We added 3x the tomatoes and garlic, and twice the onions. That's probably not the only reason it doesn't look the same as theirs, but it was delicious! πŸ˜‹
