I’ve been eating egg whites and cottage cheese topped with sautéed spinach, cherry tomatoes and sweet onion. It’s delicious and less than 200 calories and almost 24 grams protein. Sautee your veggies first with cooking spray, then push that to the side and add your egg whites and cottage cheese. Cook until the Eggs are done, then use a slotted spoon to scoop out the eggs and cottage cheese leaving behind the leftover liquid. Top with veggies (and salt and pepper if desired). It’s delicious and filling. See the screenshot for the amounts of each ingredient I use to make it less than 200 calories.
