I'm an EL On Positively Strong for life. I love responding to the chat (as I can) I just put what comes into my mind. It need not take much time of your time. A few words or sentences will do. Also, you do not need to respond to everyone who posts. In turn I benefit so much by helping others. Your other leaders will train you. It is fun!! There is a whole lot on the leader team about games, and we are happy to help you. Stepping up as an EL (Extra Leader) is exciting without eating up a lot of time (Games maybe 5 to 10 mins a week (depending on Shift leaders feed) the chat I spend maybe 20 mins a day, but I am wordy, it could be 10 if I were not! LOL. I'm so happy I've done so. When we give to others, we get so much more in return.
Sometimes I've heard members say "oh, I could never do that!" Yet, when they do, they easily discover they sure can! Please do not hang back. @Gouldsgranite is a wonderful CL (Challenge Leader) she'll happily be with you as will your other leaders. Again, it's a lot of fun!! I was Terrified when I first started as a Leader but look at me now!!
