Do you like Winter? Why or why not?
Its ok as long as there is no snow.
What are your favorite winter activities? Sleeping,
Drinking hot chocolate, going to the movies.
What are your favorite winter comfort foods? Have you modified it to make it healthier?
EggNog ( in a perfect world but my digestive system does not allow it now). Sweet potato pie.. I've cut back on pie and cake
What is your favorite type of winter exercise?
Honestly, No favorite.. I'm working on it..
Would you rather build a snowman, shovel snow, or clean the house?
Build A snowman, but want all the snow gone by the following day. Lol
Does your self-care routine change in the winter? What do you do differently? Not really

I love to make others laugh! I can crack a joke but also take it too.
Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share?
I have learned not to diet, but make better choices that you can live with day to day. Portion control and drinking more water supports healthy changes and support clear skin.
