Maintaining Momentum

I’m starting my weight loss journey again. I’m enjoying feeling motivated to achieve my goal by completing my daily objectives. My concern is that with my return to work tomorrow is that when I get home from work I will fall back into my habit of immediately taking a shower, getting too large of portions for my dinner, and then watching TV from my bed until I fall asleep.
How can I overcome the feeling of being both physically and emotionally exhausted and using food and isolation as my coping mechanisms?
