Dosage increase

I recently had my dosage increased from 2.5 to 5 on Zepbound. While the amount of food I can consume remains lower than before I noticed that the food noise has returned. Before I was not interested in food and had to force myself to eat. Now I’m interested in everything I see but the amount I can eat is still greatly reduced. Has anyone else noticed this when they changed doses?
(FYI: I’m not complaining, I’m just curious if others noticed the same thing. I realize that going forward, controlling my response to food noise is paramount to maintaining my weight in the future!)
