First full day of the holiday, I did a lot of walking round the resort, shopping (we're self-catering) and later walked quite a long way for dinner.
I made better food choices today - dinner was sea bream with vegetables, no chips (fries).
But I didn't try to log all my food and drink so it's a pass day.3 -
