Just got a call from my Dr... I have 3 rotator cuff tears in my left shoulder...most likely another surgery for this girl ...I swear it is never ending with me4

Sorry my PW was 153lbs (10st 13lbs) not 154 lbs (11st 0lbs), I'm not used to counting in lbs only
And my CW is correct 150.6 lbs1 -
What's something you're passionate about that not many people know?
Before getting injured I would go to the dog shelter every weekend and clean kennels... walk and play with the dogs...I absolutely love animals particularly dogs
