Went slowly out of ketosis and before I knew it completely of the rails on cookies and chocolate for one day.. The result shows.. Back on track now though.. Have a great day all 😘1 -

Haven't had much movement since the beginning of the year. Feeling a bit frustrated and stagnant.
I track every day, even the bad ones but I generally only look at my overall calories and steps. I don't do a great job of tracking macros specifically, so going to start doing that to see if I can see some changes. Need to really focus on my protein intake. Here's hoping. I'm down 50-55 lbs but I'm about 25-30lbs from my goal and have been at a plateau since the new year. Any tips, tricks, recipes, motivation is appreciated.2 -

Low carb worked wonders for me ...but since I am injured I have not been on low carb... and I won't be until I heal from my shoulder surgery

What is your favorite outdoor activity?
I love walking with my daughter and dogs ...can't wait til the day I am able to get back out there ...boy do I miss it1 -
My favorite outdoor activity would be similar - going for a run with Dakota. My other favorite outdoor activity would be sitting with my husband and sipping on a chilled glass of wine on a warm sunny evening in the summer, this rarely happen because to weather always windy and rubbish.0

Yep. The nearly 5 pound loss is the impact of the flu and a nearly complete loss of appetite. Thankfully I'm on the road to recovery and only still dealing with the bad cough and phlegm in the lungs but every day has been a little bit better and I'm expecting to be close to normal by the end of the weekend if improvement continues to progress.3 -
