@jennyell85 - Hunger is a tricky beast to tackle. I usually start by taking stock of everything else in my body, making sure I don't actually just need water or sleep or a shower or something else besides food.
High protein/high fiber is a great way to go about it, but sometimes you just need a little something extra. One of my go-to "extra" snacks as of recently has been blueberries and a small scoop of chocolate chips to satisfy my sweet tooth. I like taking little bits of a bunch of different foods and putting them all on the same plate - the variety in flavor makes me feel like I've eaten more than I have.

I’m so relieved. I haven’t lost anything for 3 weeks it’s so weird. I’ve been lifting heavy and watching my macros and eating 1400-1500 calories and nothing on the scales. Glad I stuck with it, it’s so hard to trust the process when you’re trying so hard and don’t see any results. Phew !!2 -
I failed to commit over the weekend 1. going for a walk
2. meditate
I went for s short walk on Saturday, did nothing on Sunday. I did meditate but not very effectively.

I'm feeling really tired, not getting enough sleep at the right times, waking up and not getting back to sleep, meaning I'm lacking energy throughout the day.
I feel I've got so many things I need to do but it's overwhelming and I get nothing done.
I know all the things I should do to improve my wellbeing, activity levels and weight loss, but seem to not do it.

How do you get out of such a rut?

Well, my weekend commitments didn't go that great. I managed to stay off the snacking but def didn't get my steps in. Going to attempt to meal plan for the week at least.1 -

@tokyotfrog2 - It still counts!! As long as you get your weigh-in submitted before the end of the week (Saturday), it still counts towards the weekly results. As a Sunday weigh-day member, you've got plenty of flexibility.

I have struggled with that rut too. How I have gotten out of it are a couple of simple things. First off, take a hot shower. It sounds simple but there is something about having the water rejuvenate you. Also, find time get some sunshine. It is hard where I live because it is so cold right now. But I try to do what I can get some sunshine in somehow. And lastly-just do it. Force yourself to move. Put on workout videos. There are so many options there. Fiton app has great ones, and they are free. Youtube has a lot.1 -

Sorry, my steps are horrible this week. I started my new job so it was a lot of computer work. Saturday I did walk on the treadmill and did a piyo video and then went to the store so I got a lot of steps. I feel Sundays I don’t always get a lot of steps because I get sucked into watching ncis and have a lazy day. Starting this weekend I have something to do every weekend for the next few months. We have birthday parties to be at, my oldest granddaughter does competition cheer every weekend for 4 weeks, my other granddaughter will be playing tball so we will be at games. I love to go watch everything my grandkids do. Im hoping my grandson will want to get into something now that he’s turning 3. Im hoping to get my work schedule so I can get into a workout schedule. My back and leg are killing me tonight, I had to take a lot of meds and I’m wearing a lidocaine patch. I’m hoping something kicks in soon.2
