I just started 4 days ago. And I did a bit of calories shifting. !st day had 1300 kcals, 2nd day, 1700 kcals., 3rd day had 2100 kcals and then today had 1500 kcals..
am I doing something wrong?

It could be something you ate or retaining water due to high sodium. Drink lots of water and eat lots of veggies/fruits, that can help. :flowerforyou:0

yep its ok now. my body was just experiencing plateau.. I'm ok now ..thanks for the response:)0
