Are any of you still fasting daily? I just started this and WOW, what a change, I love it!
Hi I am new here. I was on the 5:2 diet and lost 5 pounds but found that ine day of 500 very difficult. Starting the 8 hour diet today! So far so good. I am eating 12-8. Im getting hungry now at about 11:15
I have just started this diet this week, while tracking what I eat on this site and also wearing a BodyMedia Fit. I am down 2 lbs so far. I do admit I am only on the third chapter of the book, so I have not fully learned about the Powerfoods yet, but getting there. Anyone else out there doing this? Would love to find…
I just started 4 days ago. And I did a bit of calories shifting. !st day had 1300 kcals, 2nd day, 1700 kcals., 3rd day had 2100 kcals and then today had 1500 kcals.. am I doing something wrong? Just worrying. :l my height by the way is 4'11 weight iss 138-140
Hi everyone, Just started giving this a go, I am hoping to do mon to thursday and relax a the weekend.....what does everybody else do?? Also what kind of results have you had? xxxx
Week 2 done for me. And all I've seen is a 0.5 weight loss. But who knows if the inches are better. And lets be honest, inches are really what matters. So how is everyone else doing? I find it uber easy to maintain. Even went to a party saturday night and did great! Easy to maintain.
I'm just shocked, and thrilled that this is working! Mornings can be a little tough, I follow the 11-7 or 12-8 schedule, so I've just been drinking coffee to kill my hunger until I can have my late breakfast. I've been doing light exercise because I've been so busy, but I'm going to my regular zumba and weight lifting…
So how did we all do this weekend? I felt it was even easier over the weekend. Well the 8 hour period was. Getting in my 8 was harder. I was missing berries and dairy for the weekend. :)
