5 pounds down and it hasn't even been a whole week!!

I'm just shocked, and thrilled that this is working! Mornings can be a little tough, I follow the 11-7 or 12-8 schedule, so I've just been drinking coffee to kill my hunger until I can have my late breakfast. I've been doing light exercise because I've been so busy, but I'm going to my regular zumba and weight lifting starting tonight..Really excited to see how this will affect my progress. I started on Sunday and I've already lost 5 pounds!

How is everyone else doing? Has anyone tried any of the recipes in the book? Hope everyone is well.. I had one of my fellow overweight friends make fun of me for trying something so outside the norm.. BUT, I'm trying and you have to give me credit for that! Never give up! Wish you all the best :)

    Mornings can definitely been rough, but I have actually found I am not craving snacks after dinner which is great. I am down 4lbs since I started and finally went back to the gym yesterday.
