Weigh in day today and down 1.8 lbs. Total of 4.6 lbs in the first two weeks. I am getting sick and the next few weeks are going to be hectic with my daughter turning three, an out of town guest, TOM, and a minor surgery for my 16 month old. I am determined to keep at it though.
Started Week 3 today. I completely suck at plank push ups. I can do them if I do not keep the correct form and keep my arms above shoulder length but pushing under the shoulder is hard for me. My arms just want to give way. I look forward to seeing if my strength improves on that exercise in this next two weeks.0 -
Finishing week 4 of phase 1, will go into phase 2 on Monday. Haven't been losing much but am noticing some muscle under the jiggle, so if nothing else muscle is building, or at least strengthening. I'm still trying to figure out why I'm not losing. I use the Body Media Fit band as well, and just readjusted my goals, so I'm eating closer to my BMR, which might help. I'm also trying to make better choices.
