No I am not. I have had a lot of hamstring issues for the past 3 years. My husband and I take walks every couple of hours. Just 10-15 mins at 10am and 3pm. Then a 45min walk at 5pm. (normally about 17 mins a mile). That along with a cardio routine like kickboxing, gets the steps pretty high - but my calorie burn on my apple watch doesn't reflect much of a change. Most days the apple watch reports within 100 calories of the day before. SO, extra walking (for me) has not been an effective way to manage weight. Learning how to NOT have extra crap/snacks has helped a LOT more!0 -
3072 Tuesday. A lot of quality windshield time going to visit my wife’s aunt in the nursing home.0
