Under old WW guidelines, you were supposed to get around 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Medical and diet advice outside of WW also agree with this recommendation.

How do you incorporate fruit & vegetables in your daily meal plan? Do you try to get at least 5 servings?

I get in about 1 serving of berries a day. Sometimes none.

Todays meal plan I will get in

    1200 calories

134g of Protein, 77g carbs and 58g fat.
I will have 42grams of sugar, and 21grams of fiber.

    1 starchy vegetable.
    1 green vegetable.
    1 healthy fat.
6 protein servings (20g each about)
    and a LOT of water.

Been averaging 90 oz water plus 2-3 10oz coffees plus 1 diet soda each day.

This does not leave me stuffed or hungry.

I have 1/4 cup (all rounded) of strawberries, and of blueberries, and a medium to large banana all in my oatmeal, which I nuke.
An apple at lunch, and usually another as snack, and baby carrots and often some grapes.
Dinner almost always has 2 veggies.
After dinner is a crap shoot. Usually sugar free, cooked chocolate pudding (with Redi Whip). Ice cream once, maybe twice a week, and once a week, or every other, small cheesecake slice.

I aim for 5 servings each of fruits and vegetables every day, some days more successfully than others.

A cup of strawberries in m yogurt and Fiber One, a banana with lunch, and an apple in the afternoon. Broccoli when eating out (2-4 times a week).

not something I strive for even though I know I should. Makes my wife crazy that I do not like most fruits and veggies!

I usually get 2 veggies at dinner plus a green lettuce salad. Was doing pretty good being an apple in but on a whole I probably get a C or D on a daily basis. ☹️
