This is fairly easy for me. Most but not every Friday DW and I love to split a 14-16oz ribeye steak with a baked potato and green salad. Occasionally we'll have garlic bread. Sometimes we may have dessert but most of the time not.

Whatever goes on during the week this one meal seems to have become our ritual or date night as we use to call it.

A soft baked sweet potato. So delish, like candy. I put mine in the oven for like 45mins. then turn the oven off but leave the potato in for a few hours. Just devine!

Some italian dish, like alfredo would be yummy. I've banished this from my diet because of the calories and carbs. Very rarely will I choose to indulge this way.

I’m with Norm - my favorite meal is “the next one!” I eat a variety of things for meals, and look forward to each one.

But dessert would be a good carrot cake . . . as you all know.

Most Friday's meal is fish of some sort, using any number of prep treatments, a rice/brown rice/quinoa/couscous, or whatever combination as a pilaf, and broccoli.

Filet mignon and baked potato, followed by a rich heart-attack-on-a plate dessert like crème brûlée.
