Down 3 lbs this week. Didnt concentrate so much as I was just so busy and just didn't eat as much. I'm not sure if it was a water weight drop or not. Next day or two will tell.

Up 1.2 pounds this week. Too bad this wasn't a Thursday weigh-in, as I was actually down for the week yesterday. I'm hoping Friday was just a one-day abberation. Will I stay focused today to make that happen? Time wil tell.

I'm up .8. I had a decent week and feel like I'm getting my head back in the game. I think this increase is related to last week's shortbread binge. But with this weigh-in, I crossed the threshold back into the weight decade I was hoping never to return to, so that's good motivation.

Last week I had a “whoosh” and dropped 4.4 pounds to squeak below my goal weight and just barely into Yellow, securing my “free Lifetime” weigh-in for the month of January.

I did not stick the landing - but I didn’t really expect to. I would say the landing had a little wobble, but I didn’t fall. I’m up 0.6, so just slightly into the Red Zone, and over two weeks, that’s pretty darn good. My fourteen day average is down six pounds from one month ago, which reflects a pattern of making better decisions and avoiding the situations that get me in trouble.

It also means I weighed in this week with a “free Lifetime” result for February. < insert “pat self on back” emoji > Considering it was a question whether I’d get there before the end of January, having February secured in the first week feels pretty good.

My activity is down slightly, consistent with sitting on my butt three days a week doing taxes. I’ve left my daily points at 27, slightly below the WW maintenance points, but for now it’s helping me make better decisions. And the recognition that I can’t be trusted alone with food means that when I’m aware of that, I can manage those situations.

Like 99% of people, I’m not quite where I wanna be, but I’m pretty darn happy with where I am.
