I tried my friend's vibration plate. My brain was vibrating in my skull and I was afraid I might get a concussion!
I bought myself a walking pad, a type of under-desk treadmill. It's ok, but limited. Can't walk too fast and have to pay strict attention because the tread is narrow and short compared to a traditional treadmill.

My newest workout routine is evening yoga practice. I'm hoping it will help my sleep, but no luck so far.

I have wondered about the walking pads. I decided not to go that route because I like to have the security of the rails. I have tripped over my own feet on a treadmill.

My principal called me to come to a classroom and see how great this student, kid A, was doing with the new transition that we applied. I looked at the picture and looked in the classroom. The Principal was so excited. I looked at her and said that isn't Kid A that is Kid B. She looked at the picture and we both burst out laughing. She was so excited about the wrong kid.

I would have kinda freaked out at first glance, but it reminds me of a kabuki mask.

Any fruit for dessert or snack for me, well, except for strawberries or some with skin that I'm allergic to, such as, apple or peach. Peach used to be my favourite until I developed this. Mango is my fave now.

I love fruit but oddly enough I rarely eat it. I am trying to make myself to eat some with dinner.

Thursday - I am actually not a fruit person at all. I like citrus in things, and I eat every veg you can name, but I'm just not a fan of fruit! My dessert tends to be a Chobani yogurt with lemon curd.

I love all fruits. I don't really eat much for dessert though. I do love a bowl of berries with a bit of whipped cream on top.

My favorite water flavor at the moment is hawaiian punch juicy red. It changes regularly though, so if you ask me next month, I might say something different!

Friday: my favorite flavor of water is water-flavored water. But if I'm going to have a flavored water, I do like blueberry or hibiscus. Most "blueberry herbal tea" is made with hibiscus for the color and flavor. I will put one of those blueberry herbal teabags in my water bottle and cold-brew it. It's very lightly flavored.

    Friday

My favorite flavor of water comes from Cirkul and it is Pineapple Coconut water. It is amazingly refreshing.

Friday - I drink soooo much plain water, and if I want something different, it's sparkling water with lemon or lime juice. I can't stand artificial flavours, and flavoured sparkling water tastes (to me) like water that some fruit tooted near haha.

Friday-I love ice cold plain water. I do stock a supply of flavored Seltzer waters, but mostly for my husband. My favorite Seltzer water is pink grapefruit. I do like lemon water occasionally. I like all types of hot tea (nothing added).

I like black cherry, whether it's herbal tea, flavored sparkling water, or sugar free soda.
But I also drink a lot of electrolyte drinks, and among those my favorites are:
    • Biosteel Peach Mango
    • Pomegranate Blueberry
    • Bing Cherry Raspberry
    • Blue Raspberry
Today, I baked some cookies that I'm going to call "edible gravel cookies".
I have a jar of Elliot's Espresso Nib Peanut Butter that has a cookie recipe on the side.
I substituted almond flour for the wheat flour and added a cup of cacao nibs. Cacao nibs are basically unsweetened chocolate. Those and the chunks of espresso nibs make for a very crunchy cookie.
I think they came out great, but I'll find out tomorrow whether others agree when I bring them to my sister's BBQ birthday bash.

same here. What I do most often when I want "flavored" water. Cinnamon sticks and apple slices, I put them in quart jar of water

    Saturday - Newest Frozen Obsession
I'm not sure if you mean eating something straight from the freezer while it's still frozen, or if you mean something in the freezer section of the grocery store that's a new favorite "find". I don't eat a lot of things that are frozen, especially not in the winter. I also don't eat a lot of prepared/frozen foods since I mostly cook from scratch. I buy a lot of frozen vegetables, so that's my latest frozen obsession, I guess. I make a lot of soup this time of year, so I like to have a big variety of vegetables on hand so that I can throw something together quickly.

I don't drink flavoured water unless it's a hot cup of tea.

I can't say I have a frozen obsession but I do like keeping frozen fruit in the freezer for my daily ginger and turmeric drinks. Mango, cherry and blueberry are my favourites.

I do like ice cream mochi though. I bought some this week - pistachio ones from a new Korean shop that's opened near one of my workplaces and blueberry heart ones from Lidl for St Valentine's Day. I'll not be buying them regularly mind you.

Lidl's wasabi ice cream could become an obsession but, thankfully, they only sell it when it's Japanese week.

Another thing, it's not an obsession but really handy, is to have bags of frozen veg in the freezer to easily make soup.

Saturday-my frozen obsession is fruit, especiallysince it is winter and most fruit are not in season. I use it in shakes or on my yogurt. If I'm using for my yogurt I prepare the night before so it is no longer frozen by morning.

Fri - Flavored water - I have several crystal light flavors that I like...but the Kroger brands are cheaper and I have a few of those I like too. Crystal Light Cherry Splash is good...Kroger White Grape Peach is my favorite and it's so light and refreshing.

Sat - Latest frozen obsession...I love frozen crinkle fries that I can do in the microwave...only 110 calories and no greasy taste. Also for frozen ice cream, I like the no sugar added vanilla from breyers. Smooth, creamy, sweet but not overly so...only 100 calories per portion. Takes me several months to finish the tub...not big on sweets, but once in a while, it's really nice.

My frozen obsession is ice cream, but there's nothing new about that.
I also like Outshine Fruit bars, especially the pomegranate, watermelon, tangerine, coconut, strawberry, raspberry, lime,...
