Newbie Hello

Hey Y’all 🤓
Just a southern girl trying to clean up her diet and refine it daily. I’m a teacher and trying my best to recover from a back injury from last year. Making progress every day but not perfect just rowing 🚣 along to this beautiful life and looking for tips as I go. Happy Monslay everyone and hope you reach some of your goals this week.

    Hello! @wildwomenart ! Welcome, and so happy to see a new Greenie !! I've been taking pix of my Freg each day, but haven't gotten around to starting a new Feb thread :p. It's February in Maine, and I've been using up my energy on snowclearing ❄❄❄, plus a Hogwarts Challenge here at MyFitnessPal.

    I've cooked 5 new recipes last week, b/c of that challenge! Two (very!) different chili recipes, a potato and beans recipe, one-skillet bourbon chicken (w/ whole grain couscous), and air fryer meat & cheese sammiches (brilliant! okay, no freg in that one tho, but omg so good and so easy - we had rotisserie chicken & provolone).

    Since eating more greens and less processed food I feel a lot more energy and vitality. Would be great to be surrounded by more greens challengers! 🌱
