New to the group. I'm a police officer in Wisconsin. The strange schedule, long hours, and limited intense activity on the job has led to some unhealthy habits. That being said, I eat pretty well by nature. It is just upping the activity. I do mostly intense kettlebell workouts, which I love.
Unfortunately/fortunately I am in a wedding with a bunch of fitness models in October (literally) so I have to get my *kitten* in gear. This gave me a little reality check. Beach wedding+Bridesmaid dress+back fat=not attractive.
