These last few weeks with the cold and rain I've just not been as hungry. I don't really know why but that's what's been going on with me. Another thing is the prices to go out to eat just kinda takes the joy out of it and it's much better to eat at home so I know what I'm eating. So many synthetics in foods now it's hard to know what your eating if you go out. We are not bio engineered food people.

I'm not sure the weather changes my eating so much, except perhaps as it modulates my levels of boredom. If I'm stuck in the house and boredom sets in, that often results in my "taking a pass" at the pantry to see what's in there. That, of course, leads down a path of boredom eating.

I probably eat more if I’m inside due to ready food availability, eating when I’m not hungry and a few other unconscious reasons. We eat at home and try to avoid junk food ( pretty successfully). Weight management, both loss and preventing gain, is a daily battle that I’m determined to win.
