I work out every other day. Today is a workout day but I feel really exhausted today. Do I push myself todo my workout or take a day off? I’m conflicted.

Take the day off. If you are exhausted then that is your body telling you that you need to rest. There is a fine line of holding yourself accountable and making yourself miserable. Instead of working out why don't you just stretch or find a yoga video. That way you are still doing something.0

I like your thinking! I have such guilt when I take a day off. One day off could lead me to spiral off course lol Doing stretches would be beneficial & I wouldn’t feel guilty. Thank you!!0
