I'm down 0.8 pounds. I'm pleased in that I stuck to my plan reasonably well, not perfectly for sure, but reasonably well, and now I feel like the few extra pounds are starting to (slowly) come off again. We all know that "the plan works when you work it," but I still feel a lot of positive reinforcement when it actually does!
I've cut out weekday alcohol, so that's the biggest driver of my weight-change. I'm still snacking a little at night, and that's the next thing to reduce/cut-out. Exercise is going well and I'm even getting my runs in on the cold days.

Down 1.6. I wasn't sure what to expect, so losing more than a pound was a pleasant surprise.2

I lost the 0.4 pounds that I gained last week.2

I'm up 1. In terms of eating, my week was neither good nor bad. I need to get back to tracking. I generally lose weight the first few months of the year, but I've been gaining and losing the same three pounds since January.2

Down .6 lbs this week which is s basically a wash but at least it wasn't a gain.1

Not a lot to say about this week. It was a week of increased difficulty consistently exhibiting responsible behavior, with everything that goes into that and everything that follows from that.
