Sorry I'm late again. I got back home on Sunday, have picked up a couple of new pains and have felt exhausted.
I was thinking my weight gain was from inflammation or maybe flight affected. Also, last week, I was using my mum's standard scales and knew they were inaccurate, showing 77.5 kg, so I rounded up.

Mfp has changed the way I try to find this page. I just spent the last 10 minutes trying to find this page and it won’t let me save it. So if I go missing it’s because I can’t find you.
I went and got a shot in my back last night, hoping it kicks in. I wore a lidocaine patch and a brace on back and thigh today I was in a lot of pain. I just booked a hotel room for Foxwoods next week. My granddaughter has a competition there so we are going to go to it and maybe do a little gambling. It will be a nice break. I can’t wait. I’m exhausted lately, not sure if it’s just from the time change or maybe I’m just getting old.

@minstrelofsarcasm I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you're feeling better. I have had food poisoning before and it's the worst! The GI upset is awful, but almost worse was the fatigue I had afterwards. Good call on staying hydrated and resting.

@IDebraK Last week, I wasn't 100% sure when your steps applied to and forgot to check in with you on that AND didn't include them in the end of Febuary, so apologies! I am picking up what I think are Sunday and Monday for last week.
Obviously I am working on steps post...@jennyell85, you indicated and interest in strps challenge but I don't see steps for 3/2-3/8. Did I miss it?
@Emilienewme, I don't see strps from you. Are you still walking with us?
@ljdanny I'm so sorry you're having such a terrible time with your back. Don't stress on how many.. just do what you can. And, Aruba sounds amazing.

I was sick this week so barely did any activity, ate soup and some healthy things and drank a lot of water. Hoping that it won’t come back up next week, I do strength training 2-3x week at the gym and I feel like I don’t see weight loss. But I’ll maybe check other things like inches lost or clothes fitting better, etc

I thought Wednesday I would have had more steps, I was working in the baby room and there was a lot going on. Yesterday we went to my granddaughters first cheer competition. She came in third. I was so proud of her. I did a lot of walking there. I actually thought I would have had a lot more steps. This weekend we go to Connecticut, to Foxwoods. She was so excited. I was surprised I made that far of a walk. Today I got up early to go get a pedicure. I cleaned the house and now I’m resting on a heating pad.

Apologies I missed last week I was in hospital with a kidney stone, that was fun, NOT. My appetite just went for a few days but also I’ve not really exercised much for a week while I was resting. I’ve lost weight but it doesn’t feel like a great way to do it and I wouldn’t be surprised if I put it back on but that’s ok because I’m starting to feel more interested in strength and how I feel rather than what the scale says. Starting my exercise again today and better eating as all I’ve really wanted this week was toast.

CW: 268.7No surprise there. It's shark week, and I started taking creatine last week, so I expected to be up in weight this week. I usually have up to 3-5 lbs gained during that time of the month. I'm staying on top of my water intake and staying active this week.

I didn't move around as much this week, and I know I ate too many things that weren't the greatest choices! I'm going to aim for next weeks weigh In to go back down to 222 at least! I need to push myself harder because I am highly looking forward to getting out if the 200s! For now, I just want to get out of the 220s though! And I keep getting so close, but then going backwards!

Sorry so many of you seem to be under the weather this week :( I've been a bit too lazy this weekend, def not got my steps in, but have tried to watch my food intake at least. I'm away for a few days at the end of the month, and my goal was to hit my first stone loss by then (14lbs for all you non-Brits lol). I'm just over 2lbs off now, so it's doable I think.

My house has been crazy windy. I'm having a pretty good week. We have 3.5 weeks left of our homeschool co-op. My 2 oldest kids have big projects due then. The next month is going to be a little crazy trying to keep up with everything. I got to find the energy to meal prep to make the healthy meals happen.
