Weekly mini goals

I have been setting weekly mini goals for myself. As an added accountability measure, I will post my goals and results here. If you want, feel free to join in!

Last week's mini goal: s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g (my least favorite part of exercising). I could have done more, but I met my goal by doing at least a little bit of stretching every day.

This week's mini goal: have at least two days with total calories at or under 1700. I've been using 1800 as my daily target, but the calculators suggest that's high for a weight loss plan. I want to experiment and see how it feels to turn it down a notch.
