Hey everyone! I’m Gissele, and I’m so excited to be here. I know firsthand how tough the cycle of emotional eating can be. I spent years struggling with it myself, feeling stuck in a pattern of guilt, restriction, and frustration. But through my own journey, I learned how to build a healthier relationship with food, and now I help other women do the same. I specialize in coaching women who want to break free from binge-restrict cycles, stop yo-yo dieting, and finally feel confident in their bodies—without cutting out their favorite foods. I’d love to support you however I can, whether that’s sharing tips, offering encouragement, or just being a listening ear.
