    I'm down 2.4 pounds. That's probably a little more than I "really" lost, as yesterday was a fast day, and although I had my traditional bagel and beer break-the-fast (with significant excess snacks in there too), I think I was still a little dehydrated this morning when I weighed-in. Nevertheless, I was on a good path for weight loss before yesterday, so I'm pretty sure I'm on-track.

    It's Purim today (started last night). That means, in addition to the megillah reading, giving donations to the poor, and gifts of food/sweets to friends, there will be a festive meal today. We're having a meal outside because the weather is beautiful today. Tonight will be another significant meal, since Shabbos starts, and tomorrow will be the usual Shabbos lunch. My only point here is to say that there are a few big meals to get through. Regardless, it's such a great holiday and very relevant to today's climate.

    Other than that, skipped my run yesterday because of the fast day, but otherwise, have been very solid in getting my running in.

    I'm down .2. I was down more than a pound for most of the week, but today's weight is the one that gets recorded. The weather is having a positive impact on my mood/attitude. I'm feeling more optimistic about being able to stay focused on trying to lose.

    I’m down 0.8. YTD down 4.4 lbs. On track with my goal of losing 0.5 lbs per week until I hit a sustainable goal later this year. My diet quality has improved this year with fewer added sugars, more fiber and more fruits and vegetables. I try to keep protein intake high at about 90 grams daily. I use a food tracker daily. So far, so good in 2025
