OT - Goad basketball pool

The field is set, and the Goad pool is open for business. I've made my two entries, but we have until before 11:15ET on Thursday to make changes.
For any Goadies who want to participate, but have not signed up yet, there is still plenty of time. Follow the link below to the Goad pool:

Fellas . . . at 10:09pm tonight, I'll be having a boilermaker.* It looks like I'll be drinking alone. 🤣

Sorry, but I'll be pulling for Houston in that game.

Haha! I was joking. I noticed I'm the only one who has Purdue winning that game. It was a superstitious bet on my part. And of course, I couldn't do the smart thing and put Duke in the final.

My "1" bracket that is mired in last place was my attempt at a serious bracket.
My "2" bracket that is in second place with a solid chance of winning was my mascot bracket - as in "who would win between a Triton (an actual god) and a wolverine (a mean-spirited weasel).

I'm pretty well positioned if either Duke or Florida win it all.

Phil is ruling!

I'm out of town for a funeral, so I didn't get to see the game. Probably better for me given that buzzer beater. 🙂

whathapnd - Sorry you have a sad time to deal with.
You still have a shot at winning. As I see it, you need Florida and Houston to win Saturday, and for Houston to win it all. Needless to say, I'm hoping for a different outcome. Time will tell.

I've watched less of the tournament this year than I usually do. One thing I've noticed is that whenever I turn on a game in progress, the score never seems close. I want a Final Four filled with nothing but nail-biters!
