Dumbbell strength workout: 3 sets of 8 exercises per set. 40 seconds each exercise with 20 seconds rest inbetween. 60 seconds break break betweeneach set. Pretty though and felt like a workout, hence the bpm. Phew!

30 minute bodyweight strength workout - DONE. Easier going than the last one. If anyone's got any good tips for freeing up tight hip flexors after a workout I'd love to hear them
