I am down 0.4 pounds, which I consider a big victory because I'm lower than last week, and I thought last week was a bit of a "spurious" scale reading that didn't accurately reflect where I thought I was. This is also the lowest I've been since November, so that's also good. I'm mostly sticking to my plan and I've been keeping up with my exercise too, so I guess it's no big shock. However, it's a reminder that losing weight is simple, but not always easy.

    Up 1.6.

I haven't been focused this week. I'm having too many weeks where I'm just not engaged/caring about my intake. That will bite me in the hiney at some point. I've been struggling to focus in a number areas of life this year. I have my annual physical today, and I plan to speak with my doc about this.

@Flintwinch - Tim, you're just getting it done this year! I need to follow your example. Way to go!
