    Down 3.6 lbs. Two weeks in a row heading downward Yea!

    Down 1.2 pounds. I've been battling on the same ground for quite some time. I need to concentrate more effectively and move beyond this "comfort" zone.

    I was traveling last weekend with no scale access. I popped on the scale this morning and was not surprised to be up. Some of it is from swelling due to flying, but I was not careful in eating this past week. I'm still struggling to reign things in/focus. I hated the pics I saw if myself from the weekend.

    I have a big family event this weekend out of town, and I'm providing most of the food. I need to make a plan for not taking home a lot of leftovers. That was a helpful strategy at Christmas.
