    Hi. Love the fruit and veggie bingo idea. I’m really bad about eating my veggies, so this will be a good motivator. Thanks.

  • THANK YOU for not putting an eggplant on there lol! They give me an allergic reaction (which is a shame, because I used to love Japanese eggplant with miso paste).

    I love this idea! Knocked off 2 this morning after fasting.

    Bbq chicken wrap that included red onion, and an apple on the side.

    I am planning on having some fruit with my breakfast today, banana, strawberries & blueberries.

    I will update again if I add more today.

    We are heading out to Vegas on Friday… so I will need to get this done by Thursday!

    THANK YOU for not putting an eggplant on there lol! 

    Sorry about the allergy…I didn't make the graphic…just found it on Google, but remember in any of our challenges, if you have to make a substitution due to an allergy or dietary restriction, feel free to do so, just mention it and give your reasoning when it's necessary. We always want to be as inclusive as possible.

    So do we just post at the end of each day how many of these we ate?

    You can either cut/paste the board and fill it in using Snipping tool (if you're on a laptop/PC) or just list B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, G1, etc. and then list what you ate. Whatever works best for you. On your phone, I think you can take a pic of the board as well.

    Sunday:

    Had a salad with lettuce, carrots in it…thought I had some cucumbers, but ran out! Also had a banana. That's it for today…

    I had a delicious omelet this morning with peppers and onions. Banana as snack 😊

  • Had some cauliflower pasta with my lunch today (chicken piccata with lots of lemon in the sauce). Added some baby kale, baby spinach, and micro greens but no squares for those)! Including the breakfast blueberries, 4 down, 21 to go!

    I had a chicken salad that included tomatoes O1, lettuce I3 and carrots I4.
    I also had some blackberries B5 (in place of grapes).

    Sunday, blueberries & tomatoes. I had butternut squash too, but that's not on the card.

    I had a chicken salad sandwich with tomato 🍅 on it. I never have raw tomato. I found it wasn’t bad.

    I loaded up a smoothie with lots of fruit. 🍎 🫐 🍓 🍊 🍇 🍋 🍍 Delicious!!!

    Now I have lots of fruit to snack on too! Win-win!

  • Had some oatmeal with a berry compote this morning! Nice big chunks of strawberry in it, so N2 down!

    Between yesterday and today… here is where I'm at. Hopefully I can knock off a couple more with dinner tonight.

  • Just had an AWESOME salad for a late lunch with pickled onion, mixed salad greens, and cucumbers to nab N1, I2, and I3! (Also had Moroccan spiced chickpeas and roasted sweet potatoes…YUM).

    I love this idea! Beans with veg - celeriac, yellow carrots, tomato, rutabaga, and other stuff I can't remember. And an apple just because. :)

    Had some pesto pasta with mushrooms, summer squash, and spring peas for dinner tonight! B4 and G2 down!

    More of my delicious beans and veg for brekky. I also had sauteed cabbage (in place of lettuce) with shredded broccoli, purple cabbage, and carrot. Plus I tried the kimchi I made last week with zucchini, onion and cabbage - decent, but I wasn't excited about how the squash turned out. Probably needs more time.

    I added avocado and banana for 4/1 today. Does guacamole on my chipotle’s burrito count for avocado? It was my 1st time to have it. I didn’t think it added any flavor, but I ate it for the bingo game. 😀
