    @Megan_smartiepants1970 Here’s my steps. I missed 2 running days so I’ve a lot less this week. Can I ask in the second part of the Step Results what does the 6/7 mean.

    @Mari33a the 6/7 is how many days you met your pledged steps. So for that example it means you met your goal 6 out of the 7 days! Great job!

    I hope everyone had a good weekend! Mine went by too fast, but I only have a 4 day week because our office is closed for Good Friday.

    Since I am helping out this week, here's a bit about me! My name is Lauren and I am 38 years old. I have lived in North Carolina for the last 15 years, but grew up in Rhode Island. I am married to my wonderful hubby for 6.5 years. I am in the nursing field and enjoy it every day!

    @ashleyh2100 great steps for the week! How do you get so many during the day? @smila1202 @Mari33a and @katiemarreel can chip in to answer that question as well!

    @Lauren_989

    I have a walking pad at work and do a 30-35 minutes every day during my lunch break. I now know at certain intervals of the day how many steps I need in order to hit my goal. If I look at the time and it seems like I'm falling behind, I make an effort to step a way and do a quick lap around my office or home. I also have 2 dogs now who love their walks so they really help me stay on track, especially on days I'm running behind.

    Some days it can be tough but it works for me!

    @ashleyh2100 that is awesome you have a walking pad at work! I try to get outside on lunch but that doesn't always happen (weather, meetings, running late, etc)

    I have to work really hard and plan my day Mon-fri to get my steps… I work 8-4… by the time I get home I’ve usually got 3500 steps 4000 by the time I’ve cooked and eaten an evening meal… so then I have 6000 to go, so i put something I want to watch on tv or I follow a step workout on YouTube and an hour or 2 later I’ve got my 10k, it’s so much easier on weekends to get steps so if I’m short during the week I use the weekends to get the extra steps I need…

    @smila1202 I'm the same. By the time I'm done at work (if I didn't walk on lunch), I'm lucky if I have 2,500 steps! Then after work I don't want to do anything haha! So I usually try to go straight from work to the gym because otherwise, I would need to exercise before work, and that's not happening either!

    @aactuallyaash and @katiemarreel do you have steps for last week?

    @lauren_989 I’m sorry for being so late with my steps from steps last week. I’ve been traveling for work.

    I tried hard for my goal, walking 2-3 times per day. This felt like the true grind of shaping a new habit.

    @lauren_989 Piano has been very challenging, but so rewarding when a song comes together. I’m learning to be kind and patient with myself, while keeping diligent with practice. I had hoped for the magical gift of mastery right out of the gate, but this is going to be a multi-year pursuit to get where I want to be.

    I hope you get to travel somewhere exciting soon!
