Variance: - 5.20 lb (LOSS)
Oddly cut out a few big cycling activities and did not swim. Did a LOT more walking sometimes over 10k per day?? I am posting this on April 4 and I did come up a pound or two but feeling a trend…….
Not sure where everybody is and hope all are well and making some progress!!!

I’m still here! Have made no progress the last few weeks and not posted anything. Last weigh in was 209 lbs and I’m still about that. Life got busy and I got distracted. Glad I haven’t gained any weight anyways. Trying to shift some weight this week. Just back from a 6 km walk and feeling good.
