Hey Yall my name is Ammo! I’m 34. I’m 4’9! I’m supposed to be between 97-123 pounds I’m at 130 plus pounds. I have degenerative disc disease and scoliosis plus arthritis in my back. If anyone has any tips on how to strengthen my core and tone up to help my back that would be awesome. Also I’m wanting to try and get back to 97 pounds If possible! Thanks yall!
