            I’ve been dieting my entire life.  Keto may work for me. My first week was a success.  I measure my glucose and keto every day.  Day 3 I was in nutritional ketosis and have stayed there.   I have no cravings yet the triggers are still there.  I have to prep my meals or I will not be able to do this.  I’m still learning about prepping. 
My biggest downfall was water intake. I did way better than I usually do before keto. My body is showing me signs of dehydration. So I’m working on this. I lost 6 lbs.
