🌸 🐝 Good Day Spring Challengers! 🐝🌸
We are not asking for a sign-off here, but we expect everyone to read this post.
As we approach Day 1 of the 2025 Spring 5% Challenge, your Overall Leaders would like to share some last-minute thoughts to help you have the best team member experience.
To those who completed the Winter Survey, we heard you! The repetitive information from week to week, as written in the details, is necessary for new members to learn the ins and outs of navigating the challenge. The order of the challenge details has been reformatted with the new information at the top and the recap near the bottom. If you don’t feel you need a refresher, you can scroll to the bottom. However, at times there will be changes. If you don’t read the information, you can’t know what the information says. Starting now, NOT KNOWING IS NOT A REASON FOR NOT DOING.
Thank you to those who have already read and indicated you have done so, ✅Summary of Rules to Stay Active and Challenge Information! Mandatory Read and Sign Off ✅
If you haven’t read that post yet, please do so before Saturday. Thanks!
Countdown and Pre-Challenge Activities I am linking to # 6, where you will find links to the previous 5. It’s never too late to do those activities, so don’t let the fact that we are starting in a few days keep you from taking these helpful steps to your success.
I like the paragraph from Pre-challenge Activity #1: “Please think about what YOU need and how YOU will approach the 2025 Spring 5% Challenge. Will you continue to practice healthy habits that you have already learned and that are working for you? Are you looking to begin something entirely new? Are you still trying to identify where you are right now and what you would like to get out of the next 8 weeks? There are no right or wrong answers here as everyone’s healthy lifestyle goals/journeys are unique, like we all are. 🤔🗭”
We are all unique!
Until now, there has been an unspoken understanding that all challengers will be courteous and respectful of everyone in this challenge family. We are a diverse group of people from around the world, and many religious, political, and other beliefs that some may find controversial are represented. Everyone who joins us is a valuable and worthy member of the group, and all are welcome!
That said, public discussion topics must be free from conflict. Religion, politics, sexual situations, and other controversial subjects have no place in the public forums of the challenge. Your introduction is yours, and you are free to honestly respond to the “Getting to Know You” questions your leaders ask of you. Likewise, your blog. This is where we learn more about you and who you are. We only know what you choose to share with us.

Please remember that no one will be deliberately offensive. If someone says something you disagree with, take the high road and pass it by. Be friends with everyone on your team! Getting to know someone with different ideas broadens your horizons and brings an understanding of other cultures.
Our wish is for every challenger to grow in knowledge of themselves and to gain a better understanding of why they need to be here! May the 5% challenge help you attain the goals you have set for yourself for the 8 weeks of the Spring Challenge!
