Freggie Tracking Spreadsheet πβπβ¨π€

I finally have a copy to share! I'd love both to share it, and to get feedback on how it works, etc. :) It's built around my Hogwarts Unbreakable Vow, but that can be changed down the line.
Link !
Note from the first tab:
π₯¦πβ¨ Hi Guys! :) This is a cut-out from a Freggie Tracker I've been working on.
I have been playing with it for a couple Hogwarts terms, (still playing with it π€π )I can't promise there are no artifacts leftover from the larger sheet, or that every link works (but I gave it a good effort, trying to edit for those!). This is very much a work in progress, but Chat GPT was super helpful in automating large chunks of it, and in setting up filters for unique food lists, etc. I invite you to track along with me, by making a duplicate of the template, and using it for your own tracking :). - - - > (named 'Freggie Tracking Template') )
The notes sheet I'll use to keep track of bits and stragglers that still need updating.
The format is built around my 'Unbreakable Vow' (a 4-wk mini-challenge) in a Hogwarts Challenge that I participate in. The first two 'Unbreakable Vow' tables, scrolling down, are fully auto-mated (each spanning 4-weeks), pulling in the Green Freggies foods entered in the weekly , Freggie Tracking Tables (there are 8-weeks of Freggie Tracking Tables) - with an exception! The dates for the weeks are manually entered/updated in the first Unbreakable Vow table, along with any notes to yourself about the week (ie not usual routine, etc). After entering the dates in the first table, all other instances of Week #s and Dates update automatically.
The next two tables, scrolling down, are Summary Tables for the Weekly Freggie Tracking Tables. Each of the summary tables covers 4 weeks. These summary tables are also fully auto-mated, pulling in data from the Weekly Tracking tables.
On the Weekly Tracking tables, there are spaces for individual food servings, in four different categories of foods. Each day has 10 spaces for entries, in each of the first 2 categories, and 5 spaces for entries in the last 22 categories. The first space, in each instance, is a dropdown menu, where you select the day, if you have an entry for that food category, or you select 'no', if you didn't have an entry for that food category.
That's basically it! The Unbreakable Vow tables will sort by 'Goal Days' and 'Bonus Days' for each week (my goal is 4 days per week with a serving of Green Freggie). It will also summarize a list of unique foods consumed across the 4 days. The weekly tables will sort both a weekly list of unique foods for each category, as well as a list of days the relevant foods were consumed, for each category, along with the specific (unique) foods consumed each day.
The 4-week summary tables are just that, they summarize all the tracked foods (not just Green Freggies), across the 4-weeks. I'd both love to share what I've been working on with others, and get feedback on how it works for others, too. The nav bars etc are all leftovers from the sheet I pulled the trackers from. I left them in place (for now, anyway), in case they might be repurposed later.
Short version instructions!1.) Right-click on the Template, choose Duplicate2.) Right-click on the copy generated, choose Rename to make it yours3.) Enter the foods consumed, in each of four categories (my categories are Green Freggies, Other Freggies, Nuts/Seeds/Beans/Legumes, and Fermented Foods), in the Weekly Tracking Tables.4.) Enter the Dates you're tracking in the first Unbreakable Vow Tracking Table.5.) The rest should sort itself out. Hopefully! ;)

Thank you, Mary! πππ Tracking them, and seeing my misses and scores, helps me. The first several versions were so clunky and repetitive, tho. I was determined to find a way to automate it, but lacked the knowledge. I used ChatGPT as my tutor the last week+, I really wanted to automate it before the next Hogwarts term :)
It's still very much a work in progress (I think I said that in the note heh), but I really wanted to share it, b/c I love it so much, and was so excited that it got auotmated!! The Unique Foods list was one of the last additions. I kinda love that bit.
