I'm down 1.4 pounds, but I'm actually struggling with not having my head in the game. I'm roughly 10 pounds over my personal goal, and I am snacking too much and rationalizing too many glasses of wine. I am definitely stressed out with the mad-rush of trying to clean out our house in anticipation of putting it up on the market, but I know better ways to deal with stress than a glass of wine (or two, or three). I need to kick myself in the rear and get back to the better approaches to stress management.

On the plus side, I've been able to run every day this week and the groin injury (a muscle pull, or something) is getting better. I'm also getting a lot of "exercise" by carrying heavy boxes up and down the stairs out to the garage for sorting and disposal.

Down 2.4, a nice recovery from last week's surprisingly high outlier.

Up 0.6#. Still out of control. Out of real motivation, at this moment.

Well - I appears to have extricated my cranium from an unpleasant crevice, at least for a week. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Down 4#, but had to pay for April. That’s the first time I haven’t made “free” since October 2022. There’s a certain amount of ego hit to breaking that string, but if it helped me accept that my boundaries are real, it’s worth it.

Yeah! The paying is a punch in the stomach. Maybe I'll get down in May.

I'm up .2 lbs this week. Noymt much change but thankfully not a huge gain. I continue to struggle with my fluid build up written the congestive heart failure and of course this causes edema mainly in my legs mostly left one.

    Just keep on keeping on.

Like Kris Kristofferson said in a song - 'You've been reading my mail'.
